Abstract
With this research in Turkey from Eight-Year Basic Education Primary and Secondary Institutions in Transition shape 4 +4+4 Application to Problems Encountered and Solutions Regarding the Executive Opinion is intended to be identified. For this study determined Primary and Secondary Schools in the district Muratpaşa of Antalya by the method of drilling have been selected. This research is a qualitative study in a holistic multi-state pattern. The universe of this study, in the district of Antalya Muratpaşa working in Primary and Secondary constitute deputy director. This research group's work on a voluntary basis to meet this criteria and selected 35 managers (15 managers and 20 assistant director) constitutes.
In this study, individual interviews were used as data collection methods. Data collection tools based on open-ended questions were used to form a semi-structured individual interviews. Taking into account the characteristics of the data collection instruments data were analyzed with content analysis. Based on this data analysis and interpretation of research findings have been created. Recommendations are made based on the results of research. The most important results obtained from this study 4+4+4 interstage transition systems in general that they are not satisfied. However, some regulations are expected to be more functional systems.
