BIOPHARMACEUTICAL ASPECTS OF POLYMORPHISM DOSAGE FORMS

Held biopharmaceutical study on indicators for the bioavailability of the two polymorphic forms of streptocid (α ? and γ ? forms) of dosage forms ? suppositories and powder in experiments in vivo. The results showed that the studied polymorphs of soap in both forms have different pharmacokinetic indices at the time of maximum concentration in the blood of rabbits, its size, intensity of metabolism that must be considered when developing technologies for new drugs of the sulfanilamide.
