The article highlights the features of formation of legal-speech competence of future teachers on the basis of analysis of the norms of the ?European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning?. The author insists on the need to form such a subspecies of legal competence through the analysis of legal phenomena in the society, cases of lawful and unlawful behavior, re-enactment of legal situations and role-playing games on the legal issues. This process occurs in the process of jurisprudential study subjects in the conditions of pedagogical university. Reveals the substantive content of such courses, whose programs include mastery of the basics of public and private bodies of law, the legal framework of the educational activities, especially implementation of fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
