Abstract
The scope of the article was to study expression of adhesion molecules and screen respiratory functions in the patients with diabetic nephropathy of different chronic renal disease progression. Interaction between on the one hand: E-Selectine molecule levels, sICAM, sVCAM and MAU, proteinuria of first-state chronic renal disease, and on the other hand respiratory functions and creatinine of third-state chronic renal disease. Obtained data will be useful for early prognosis of renal irritation and pulmonary affection signs of diabetes mellitus.
