Abstract
The article is based on decadelong monitoring of 123 general-family practice institutions located in the rural area. It was pointed that medical care quality improving caused by: diagnostic equipment completeness, certain day patient facilities number and capacity enlarging, geographically-territorial accessibility reforming, normalization of population general number regarding to the certain institution. Obtained data dealt with significant changes caused by geographically-territorial accessibility, ambulatory completeness of a general practitioner and the new qualimetry approach usage. Thus, the approach can be involved into similar analyzes, Health Care System quality monitoring and managerial decision evaluation of effectiveness.
