СONTENT OF CYTOKINE IN SERUM OF THE PATIENTS WITH TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY DURING POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD

Abstract
The content of main pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in serum of the patients with traumatic brain injury immediately after surgical operation and 10 days later was studied in the article. Concentrations of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6 increased significantly without elevation of IL-4 and γ-IFN. Ratio IL-1β/IL-4 increased too. After 10 days of usual therapy there was no dynamics. It was a basis for the immunocorection.
