Abstract
Employees performance assessment in Titi Sari Collection is done by observing employees then data processed manually so that there are errors in the input data and the employee performance assessment, this is all due to Titi Sari Collection assessment is done subjectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the performance assessment in Titi Sari Collection using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighted (FSAW). This research was conducted in Titi Sari Collection, Dukun-Gresik with subject was Titi Sari Collection employees in the field of sewing and the object is the performance of an employee. This study is an applied research and a case study using a descriptive approach or survey. Data collection techniques derived from literature study interviews, and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed by reducing, present and draw conclusions. From these results it can be concluded that the presence of the performance assessment using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighted (FSAW) applied in employee areas of sewing Titi Sari Collection, will assist the management in assessing the performance of employees due to the FSAW method is one of alternative better than other alternatives and can use more than one criteria. In addition, assessment using Simple Additive Weighted Fuzzy (FSAW) have significant differences, because it is based on the value of the criteria and weighting that have been specified.
