Abstract

Banking world is a world of work which has a large load, the workload is not only caused by individuals but also organizations and leaders. The higher workload will affect performance of each employee. Therefore in this study will be analyzed the influence of the workload of individuals, organizations, and leadership on employee performance. This study aims to determine how much influence the workload on employee performance, how much influence the organization's policy on employee performance, how much influence the attitude of the leadership on employee performance, and how much all three affect employee performance. The subjects are 60 employees of Bank Sinar Mas Klaten. The results of the study 76.2% of employees affected by the performance of individual workload, the workload of the organization, and leadership.
