KAJIAN TEORITIS JUAL BELI HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH

Hak yang dimiliki pemilik tanah terhadap hak atas tanahnya, antara lain adalah memindahkan hak atas tanahnya kepada pihak lain melalui jual beli.
