The mechanism of implementation of public-private partnership in the health

The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of the mechanism of public-private partnership in the health sector. Allocated spheres of activity in healthcare between the public sector, medicine and public-private partnership. Created a mechanism of public-private partnership to ensure innovation development of health care. It is proved that the interac- tion between state authorities and the private sector regarding the pooling of resources and fair distribu- tion of risks between the partners will actively attract investments, qualitatively and timely implement socio-medical projects, to raise quality of rendering of medical services to the population, increase the level of social infrastructure management that will promote the development of medical institutions in the state property. Offers the mechanism of public-private partnership in the health sector to ensure the innovative development of the sector, which is possible on the basis of voluntary and complementary partnership between the entities.
