Abstract
The article considers the problems of application of outstaffing as a form of non-standard em- ployment and means of adaptation of enterprises in the conditions of increasing the level of political and economic instability. Lists the possible directions of decrease of negative consequences, precarious through the development of social responsibility partner outstaffing and its application in the framework of the economic cluster. The algorithm of the decision regarding the application of outstaffing in the or- ganization based on the identification of problems that you can solve with its help, create an expert Committee to assess and justify economic, institutional and social feasibility, systematization selection criteria organization of outstaffing, strategy development, monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness.
