THE EXCISTENCE POSSIBILITY OF DOUBT IN CASE OF POSSIBILITY OF COMPREHENSION OF GOD IN PHILOSOPHY

The doubt is paid attention considerably in philosophy. Because philosophy requires doubt with which it obtained its identity through critical perspective. The presence of multiple doubts understanding in history of thinking and also, existence of decisive influence on the approach to the key issues show this. As is known, “existence” and “knowledge” are main problem areas of philosophy. The existence of God and being the subject of knowledge hold an important place in philosophy as well. In this issue, scholars have different opinions and the quality of the doubt attitudes have been determinant in this regard. Because it is clear that an attitude adopting doubt as an aim and an attitude adopting doubt as an instrument will not reach the same conclusion. The existence of doubt, not only for the philosopher as a reality, it is possible for all people and it encapsulates the comprehension of God. But, even though knowing God and the doubt on the way of believing him are possible for some people, there will not be reason for doubt after knowing and believing him. Because of the nature of their definition, neither knowledge nor faith can coexist with doubt.
