LEGITIMACY PROBLEM DURING TEH ESTABLISMENT OF THE OTTOMAN STATE AND IT’S REFLECTION TO THE FIRST SOURCES

Abstract
Every society has its own values. These values are constantly changing as being a product of a human being with dynamic structure. Hence they can change over time. One of the biggest institutions that produced by people is the state. Many states were established from different times and places. The state has been shaped by a philosophical meaning that emerged from values of its foundation period. This condition is not limited with the past but still valid reality today. The main reason is the legitimacy of the transaction. Today, books, movies and other devices are processed by using elements of legitimacy. During the establishment and rise of the Ottoman dynasty, it is understood that the Islamic religion and traditions of Central Asian Turks are two great values. We can see these values in the first sources of Ottoman history. The aim of the study is evaluation of legitimate values of foundation of Ottomon İmpire.
