Individualization of learning students in the process of practice organization of natural and mathematical disciplines in pedagogical colleges of the USSR in the 50’s of the ХХ century

Abstract

The article summarizes some approaches to the defining individualization of learning. Historical and pedagogical literature and archival materials concerning the organization of the practice students of natural and mathematical specialties of the pedagogical colleges of the Ukrainian SSR in the 50s of the 20th century are analyzed. In order to determine the categorical apparatus of research, to identify and analyze the strategic orientation, to systematize archival materials, there were applied general scientific, historical, conceptual-terminological, problem-target methods. It is noted that in the indicated period teachers of pedagogical universities, organizing the practice of students, the concept of "individualizing learning" has not yet been used. The facts testifying to the certain interesting experience of realization of an individual approach to the training of students of natural-mathematical specialties in the course of the organization of various kinds of pedagogical practice, training-field practice are considered. The individualization of training occurred at the time of presentation and explanation of tasks for students in pedagogical practice, during their assistance in the implementation of pedagogical tasks, analysis of its results.
