ІНТЕГРАЛЬНА ОЦІНКА МАКРОДИНАМІЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ: СИНТЕТИЧНИЙ ІНДЕКС ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО, СОЦІАЛЬНОГО, ІНСТИТУЦІЙНОГО ТА ЕКОЛОГІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Objective. To develop a method for determining the synthetic indicator of the na-tional economy state and the processes of macroeconomic dynamics. Methods. The theory of human capital and the concept of sustainable develop-ment are the methodological basis of integral evaluation of macrodynamic processes. A critical analysis of the methods of calculating the integral measurers of macrodynamic processes is carried out. A comparative analysis of the characteristics of the methodology of integral indices of human development, economic freedom, competitiveness, and human ecological footprint is conducted. They are suggested to be used as sub-indices to calculate the generalizing synthetic index of economic, social, institutional and ecological develop-ment. Results. A method for determining the synthetic indicator is developed, which is based on a complex evaluation of the parameters of the national economy and the process-es of macroeconomic dynamics; it assumes a weighted selection of a particular group of indicators that reflect the nature and trends of dynamic processes, their qualitative and quantitative characteristics, integrity, and most general pattern of indicators of progress; compliance with the objective needs of their effective use. Scientific novelty. The methodology of evaluation of macroeconomic dynamics is proposed, in particular, the method of determining the synthetic indicator, by which it is possible to measure the parameters of the national economy and to diagnose macroeco-nomic processes as a whole, taking into account the economic, social, institutional and ecological components. Practical significance. By using the synthetic indicator it becomes possible to set priorities and to justify the national development programs, taking into account not only economic, but also social, institutional and ecological components.
