Abstract
The case of augmentation of hydronephrosis clinical picture due to ureteral patency abnormality at Ormond's disease is presented. The conducted intestinoplasty of the left ureter on mesenterium allowed eliminating hydronephrosis manifestations and left ureteral patency abnormality; there is one functioning kidney.
