ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО ТА ЦІННІСТНОГО СТАНУ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО СУСПІЛЬСТВА ПРОТЯГОМ ПЕРШИХ ДЕСЯТИРІЧ НЕЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ

Objectives. The present article is aimed to study the transformation dynamics of the social-psychological and value state of the Ukrainian society. Methods. In order to gain this aim such general scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, abstracting, generalization, analogy, observation, sociological analysis, description, etc. are used. Scientific results. In the course of the study the value state of the Ukrainian society is ana-lyzed; the problems, which influence on the transformation of the Ukrainian citizens' mentality and way of thinking, are revealed; political and economic events, which impacted the social-psychological state of people, are determined; the influence pattern of these transformations on the economic, foreign policy and cultural development of the Ukrainian state, are found out. Scientific originality. Scientific novelty lies in the complex analysis of the social-political and social-psychological processes in the Ukrainian society at the end of the 20th and at the be-ginning of the 21st centuries. Practical value. The matter of the present article can be used in the activity of the state au-thorities, media sources, public organizations and can also be applied to the education process.
