Abstract
Pedagogue's professional reflection, which skill is that? How shall it be developed? How to put yourself into the research position with regard to your own activity and yourself? What does self-reflection means in terms of philosophy and psychology, which phenomenon is that? What are its mechanisms? Which role does it play in consciousness and activity of a pedagogue? Nowadays much attention is given to the issue of developing self-reflection abilities, there are the various methods and means to develop pedagogical reflection, the trainings are organized, the textbooks, containing multilevel tasks for self-check, are created, as well as the exercises aimed at the development of reflective properties of thinking.
