Abstract
The article deals with the issues of involving the young specialists into the productive professional activity on the example of art school. The professional difficulties of young teachers are distinguished. The conditions providing adaptation of a teaching artist to the professional activity at the academic and postacademic stages are determined. The specific character of professional development of a teaching artist is considered. The approbation results of the revealed conditions in the practice of certain art school are presented.
