ADMINISTRATIVE AND JURISDICTIONAL ACTIVITY OF UKRAINE NATIONAL POLICE

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of administrative and jurisdictional activity of the National Police of Ukraine. It was determined that the administrative jurisdiction of the National Police of Ukraine should be carried out and based on the primacy of human rights, improvement of administrative and jurisdictional protection methods of his rights, freedoms and legitimate interests. It has been determined that the administrative jurisdiction of the National Police of Ukraine is a specialized (special) way to protect social relations and at the same time a way of applying administrative regulations in the system of bodies of executive bodies.
