Abstract
The main concern of the host country is that benefit, which can be provided from transnational production actually achieved in practice. The governments of these countries are particularly interested in whether these benefits accumulate in the transnational company, or in the host country. The most important macroeconomic indicator of effective economic growth with equitable duress. This implies an increase in income while avoiding inflation and other negative trends. Even when governments believe that the TNK is main driver of economic growth, they are probably preoccupied with the care to realize greater growth. Government are especially reluctant to hand over the results of the growth of large oligopolistic firms that are controlled from abroad and which key decisions are made at the global level.
