Abstract

Sales promotion today is a very important element of any business, no appropriate actions aimed at consumers with no market penetration and therefore to profit. To develop long term relationships with customers, companies need to adapt their business needs and desires, this is best achieved by constant and continuous study of consumer behavior, in this way the company will be able to distinguish between their products and services compared to the competition. Orientation on consumers are integral part of any marketing-oriented companies. The aim of this paper is to show how the practices improve sales in retail stores.
