Abstract
Relations, or PR for short, are more pervasive and increasingly common. It seems to be all around us. Media day and night talking and writing about "the practice of public relations" and "PR work". Many of these abbreviation perceived as something that involves fraud, corruption, theft, exhibitionism, ostensibly representing. In order to understand the general and his PR opportunities in establishing effective communication and dialogue, in any context, it is necessary first to remove some of the layers of confusion, exaggeration and misrepresentation of her. The main goal of public relations is to influence the behavior of individuals and groups of people in their mutual relations through dialogue with all those whose perceptions, attitudes and opinions can be important for success. When you begin to implement activities, communication must be fully planned and vođea with the knowledge and understanding of the work environment and the possible sequence of events in the future. The nature of public relations is restless and constantly occurs not numerous number of questions to be answered.
