Abstract
On the basis of generalization of the scientific research results of Donetsk school of economic law and studying the global trends in developing the production democracy trends, the expedience of renewing the practice of engaging workers in managing the enterprise renewal in the intracompany management system of the Donetsk People’s Republic is grounded. The directions of improving the legislative support of this sphere of activity are considered.
