Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of innovations in procedural legislation in the field of unification of writ and summary proceedings in the civil procedure. Particularly, the procedural constructions of both writ and summary proceedings in civil and arbitral procedure have been investigated. The ratio of writ to summary proceedings is considered. The paper reveals the controversial issues and problems which require further improvement.
