Coal industry: practicability of the foundation of institutions of innovations

The article substantiates of the practicability foundation of institutions of innovations on the basis of UGLEINNOVATSIYA (COAL INNOVATION) RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGIC CENTER Government Enterprise which aim will be to form institutional environment that would join all members of innovation process including coal mining enterprises, public administration bodies, research organizations, investors, innovators and consumers for generation of the branch innovation infrastructure. The tasks of the aforesaid institution will be to monitor observation of norms and regulations by all economic subjects, to form high level groups for programs creation in innovation development, to provide transparency of the branch activity. The innovation institution appearance in the branch would improve economic effectiveness of inter-action between the participant innovations process to branch, form strategic development prospects of coal enterprises and the branch as a whole, and to reduce transaction expenses.
