Abstract
In the article on the basis of generalization of theoretical and practical approaches essence of human capital is certain. The process of creation of cost is presented from non-material assets in the conditions of innovative development. Methodical approach is improved on adjusting of elements of human capital in the conditions of innovative development. The map of aims of human capital of industrial enterprise is formed for this purpose. For correct formulation of aims of human capital it is necessary to have a clear idea about the types of competences, that assist to implementation key internal business - processes of enterprise. On the basis of the individually worked out indexes of efficiency of human capital, subsequent comparison of plan and fact sheets leaders get information that allows to give the estimation of efficiency of realization of corporate strategy of industrial enterprise them.
