Abstract
The term Li-Fi was firstly introduced by german physict named "Harald Haas". It is a term of one used to describe visible light communication technology applied to high speed communication. Suppose you are sitting in a restaurant, using wireless internet stealing it from somewhere used to you or a conference, competing for bandwidth. Probably, you have frustrated because of the slow speed. All this happened because there is number of devices and more people who access wireless internet link or clogged airwaves. Prof. Harald came up with the solution that is "Data through illumination". It means sending the data through LED light bulb that varies in intensity and faster than that a human eye can follow. This paper throws light on the development of Li-Fi over the years.
