Abstract
Are given the results of experiment in the initial classes of the rural general education school of Irkutsk region. The variative component of the program 3- GO of the lesson of physical culture with the use of rhythmical gymnastics is proposed. Is established higher increase in the indices in the engine tests of experimental group in comparison with the control group, where the traditional program of physical culture was used.
