Abstract
This article explores the various problems that arise in the process of valuing non-public companies. The types of business valuation are determined, which allow carrying out a comprehensive analysis (investigating both internal and external factors) and affecting the value of the enterprise. The most widespread and universal methods of carrying out of an estimation of cost of the organization are studied.
