Regulation of incomes in the field of social policy of Ukraine

In the article the concept of " standard of living " and the factors that characterize it . Tracked modern state steps in regulating income. The analysis of the growth rate of real disposable income of the population considered the observance of social priorities in the formation of the state budget of Ukraine for 2014. A new approach to the formation of social policy in the regulation of incomes of the population on the basis of the analyzed foreign experience that in the future will help to reduce income differences between rich and poor its layers.
