Abstract
In the present scenario, many of the construction companies are constructing typical buildings for commercial as well as industrial use by replacing the building methodology with various construction types among this types the upcoming construction method is precast, which is produced or manufactured in the factories by using machine and men's power, which is said to be industrialized building system (IBS).The Precast slogan is named by its working process producing the element in factories or in temporary plants established at the site, and then they erected with the elements. This study is essential since there is no proper comparison has been mentioned between the convention and precast panel joints in construction. This paper describes the study between the structural behavior of conventional panel and precast panel joints with different loading tests.
