Abstract
Based on the process approach, the author describes a business process “Processing complaints and claims of consumers”. She develops a “Time frame of processing complaints and claims” model. The algorithm presupposes a comprehensive consideration of the issue at hand and, whenever possible, resolving it immediately. This helps to lessen further expenses on promotion of employees.
