New trends in evaluation educational achievements of students in a modern university

The article considers one of the most important aspects of the educational process — manage the assessment of learning outcomes of University students. The author focuses on the modern trends in the development of the Ukrainian system higher education, analyses the changes in strategy, evaluation of learning activities of students. It is proved that in the educational process of a modern University to move from the traditional to the estimation of level of formed of abilities, skills and competence of students in situations as close to real life.
