The problems of the personnel management in the companies specializing in «hot» delivery of goods

This article is devoted to the specifics of companies' staff working in the area of «hot» delivery of goods. In order to understand better the problems that the companies and their personnel meet in everyday activities a survey among the employees of companies that provide the delivery services in Irkutsk was performed. The article describes the relevance of these problems in the conditions of modern trends and features for business. The authors have performed the analysis and suggested the ways of solving the discovered issues.
