Abstract
At present there are many publications devoted to the plethora of strategies relating to the commercialization of research-intensive technologies. The selection of an optimal strategy is made by management team of an organization in accordance with its goals, mission, possibilities, and area of commercial interests. In this article we will consider different methods of commercializing research-intensive products, give brief examples of transferring research-intensive technologies and describe the logic of selecting corresponding forms of transferring technology in accordance with business specifics and strategy of an organization that implements innovations.
