Creating a business process model «Provide a logistical support» in the company «Sibaviastroy»

At the present time, in an unstable economic situation and, as a result of high competition between different business entities, many organizations are suffering a crisis. Only those companies survive who are able to adapt quickly to different conditions, as well as those who use advanced technology in management. The concept of process-based management is not new, however, does not cease to be relevant because it helps managers to be more concentrated on the results, and stimulate them to find the best practices. The key idea of the process-based management is that any activities of the organization can be represented as a system of processes that can be controlled. It means that managers can regulate, optimize, plan and monitor performance indicators and efficiency of each system object. The article is devoted to practical aspects of business process modeling in the company «Sibaviastroy» leading its activity on the territory of the Irkutsk region. Also, the authors would like to present a business process model «Provide a logistical support» which was created on the base of data in the company.
