SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE INITIAL PHASE OF PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION OF VIOLATIONS OF COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS

This article addresses some issues initial phase of preliminary investigation of violations of copyright and related rights. The analysis of scientific opinions on the scope and content of the initial phase of the investigation. It is noted on the features of the initial phase of the investigation of violations of copyright and related rights associated with display features called crime and the surrounding environment and the need of delimitation of administrative law offenses. It is emphasized that the initial pre-trial investigation of crimes related to infringements of copyright and related rights require a substantial amount of information on the installation method and the subject of abuse, amount of material damage and other features inherent in this crime.
