Abstract

In the article, the author defines factors influencing modern civilization transformations in the domestic system of postgraduate education in the context of adult education. Since the legal field Ukraine is not clearly defined principles of adult education and fragments written foundation postgraduate education were analyzed their relationship. National system of postgraduate education is able to perform the task of training competent professionals in the state and the individual professional adaptation.
