Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical issues which are related to the concepts of mentor, tutor and case manager. The author's intention is an attempt to reflect and draw attention to the extremely expansive presentation of these concepts in the market of educational services, especially in education. Increasingly, in the various dimensions of life in practice such as regulation, business, or the education market there are «fashionable terms». There is nothing wrong if ‘pseudo innovation' makes real effects to the development of employees. However, is that always the case? Nowadays, a lot of popular terms such mentor or tutor for specific groups of teachers appear in the field, which stimulate to think about it. Another conceptual category seems to be the case manager. These concepts, in principle fashion for these concepts, is an object of the author's interests in this article.
