Abstract

The article reveals a number of important aspects of individualization teacher training in air defense system during the modernization of the new Ukrainian school. Specifically, grounded approach to joint efforts of air defense facilities from the continuous professional development of teaching staff structure of Ukrainian Open University Postgraduate Education. Defined sense definitions such issues as individual learning, individualization of learning, individual approach. The necessity of the creation of a permanent t'yutoriv and their role in the educational process. It was concluded that individualization of the educational process is a prerequisite to move air defense systems innovative state according to concepts of open education.
