Abstract
The article analyzes the authors approach the most famous theories of motivation to understand the motivation of work and study its impact on the promotion of industrial enterprise worker. The mechanism of the effect of motivational indicators of human capital on the financial results of the company, which shows how efficiently the company achieves its objectives within a common strategy. It is proved that the motivational indicators of human capital formed on the basis of key performance indicators, the correct choice is made via the mechanism of cascading the Balanced Scorecard to the level of an individual employee.
