Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical generalization and revealing opportunities to use innovative approaches to human resource management at machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. The analysis of the main features of the machine-building enterprises as the complex structures in the sense of work organization. The main groups of factors that influence the formation and quality of the personnel management system of machine-building enterprises.
