Abstract
Solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas is a rare benign tumor of pancreas especially found among young females, most commonly seen in Asian countries, among the 2nd and 3rd decade of life. It has low malignant potential and excellent chance of long term survival. Here we are presenting a case of Pseudo papillary tumor over the Body of pancreas which warranted median pancreatectomy, a rare case scenario.
