Abstract
Topicality of the material presented in the article is caused by the necessity of education tolerant, high moral personality primary school pupil and to ensure harmonious relations and a favorable psychological climate in student group. The necessity of using primary school teachers technologies optimization the relationship primary school children. The content and the essence of technology optimization of the relationship of students in the educational process primary school has been characterized. The most effective technologies for identified problems are: Circle, pedagogy experiences/living, Collective creative education (CCE), interactive technologies and morning meeting it was found. The “circle” technology directed to the formation of values, providing a favorable psychological microclimate in the group, making important decisions, solving conflicts through constructive discussion of various topics. Experience pedagogies contributes to the accumulation in pupils a positive social experience and develop their communicative abilities, ability to build harmonious relationships, to act according to the situation, etc. Using the technology of collective creative education(CCE) aimed at the formation of personality in the process of joint work of pupils, development of empathy, communication and creative abilities of students; establishing friendly, sincere and democratic relations. «Morning Meeting» is combining academic and social aspects of learning, the formation of the ability to express thoughts, creating a favorable psychological environment and group cohesion. The main components (greeting, information sharing, group lessons, daily news) and functions (psychological, social, communicative, speech, cognitive, learning) morning meetings has been characterized. Interactive technology are creating a comfortable learning environment in which every student feels his success, intellectual ability, belonging to staff the skills of cooperation and collaboration. In this case , the theoretical analysis of the nature and content of the technologies which has been sudied,shows that they are making better and providing maintenance of harmonious relations and a favorable psychological climate in students group.
