SOCIAL EDUCATION OF PUPIL YOUTH AS AN IMPORTANT PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract
This article has been dedicated to the analysis of different scientific approaches to the explanation and understanding of the content and meaning of social upbringing in the process of forming and development of students' personality. The great attention is dedicated to the determination of special categories “socialization”, “social upbringing” and “upbringing”. The role and functions of social educators on the system of social upbringing organization not only in the secondary school but also in the after school society have been analyzed. Thus, social education is a complex notion, comprehensive, integrative, providing the full functioning of social arsenal of educational tools and capabilities for the purpose of moral and social identity formation. Analysis of that perspective allowed to formulate the tasks for social pedagogues. In our opinion, they are to promote: - the formation of social skills of pupils in different spheres of life; - the creation of conditions for development of children and adolescents examples of civilized coexistence, life skills and communication in groups; - the formation motives socially significant and socially useful activity; - the creation of conditions to meet the needs of the student in an interesting, to facilitate the formation of his worldview and values; - the encouraging self-development processes. Scientists analyzing the nature of the category of "socialization" operate with such terms as "a mechanism of socialization", "development and self-transformation rights in the process of learning and reproduction of social experience," "socialization process", "gradual training of the individual to the regulation of all types of relationships ..." . As for the category of "social education", most researchers define it as part of socialization and managed as its tool. Concluding the analysis of the problem we can say that social education is a process that should be considered at different levels: macro, meso, micro environment. Each level has its own social education goals and objectives, specifying its content. The task of social education at the macro level is primarily to provide educational focus of all government social policy that is based on the introduction of a social practice pedagogically reasonable measures of social and economic development of society. The second task of social education is the integration of social and educational influences society, the interaction of all its institutions with the aim of improving the spiritual life of all social, moral improvement of each individual, regardless of social status, age, location, education level.
