DIDACTIC MANAGEMENT: PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECTS OF THE ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT

Abstract

In the article the essence and meaning of the concept «didactic management» is determined. Based on the analysis of the philosophical concepts of educational management, teaching management, the author reveals the common traits and the difference in the pedagogical phenomena, discloses the features of the didactic management, characterizes its nature and constituents. The analysis of its basic concepts (didactic and management) enables the definition of didactic management as a learning management system. Whereas learning is accompanied by the development and education of the individual, closely connected with them, we can use the definition: didactic management – a system of personal development in learning, education and upbringing. The essence of didactic management, as well as of the education management has a dual nature, which consists in the value-semantic impact on the individuality of the student to ensure conditions for assimilation of educational content, enhance thinking and behavior in the area “subject - subject relationship”. There is noted that the value component reflects the cultural and historical experience of humanity, national heritage, and the semantic component - is related to the field of activity, which reflects the attributive property of people to produce new meanings and use them as a mechanism for managing their own behavior, which affects the behavior of others people ensuring the effectiveness of teaching and learning of students. Didactic management is an integrative system that is based on the knowledge of the principles of classical didactics; the main principles of the theory of management; professional pedagogical competence (the structure that includes professional, psychological, pedagogical, methodological and methodical competence); integrative qualities of the teacher's individuality, which ensures the openness, fairness, creativity, commitment to continuous self-development and interactive interaction. In the context of modern educational philosophy there revealed the aspects of pedagogical phenomenon, which appears as a didactic management.
