FORMATION OF LIABILITY AS PROFESSIONALLY SIGNIFICANT QUALITIES OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF SOCIAL SPHERE: PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of responsibility of formation a future specialist in social services as a significant professional quality in the psychological aspect. The structure of professional responsibility has been considered as significant characteristics of social workers and it`s components and types. It was discovered the specific responsibilities of formation future social workers during university studies. The problem of individual responsibility was analyzed and the psychological aspects of professional responsibility have been substantiated as extremely important quality of a social worker. The psychological features of formation responsibility was analyzed as significant important quality of future social worker through process of education. Responsibility is a characteristic of intelligent personality, which is directly linked with freedom of choice in human behavior and crucial to self-realization and self-actualization. The formation of this professional quality of future social workers during university studies is marked by certain features of its structural components: cognitive, motivational and emotional and action-behavioral. The formation of responsibility for future social workers contrasts features of its forms: discipline, responsibility for oneself and for others. "Disciplinary responsibility" of future social workers is mostly peculiar to the freshmen, but changes to the fourth year of study by reducing the number of students with low level, which determines the perception of necessity to observe social conventions and requirements of teachers for success in future profession. It grows with an average level, which indicates the development in the process of learning and acquiring personal experience, student`s consciousness and, consequently, more critical, differentiated attitude to external adult`s requests, the norms and rules. "The responsibility for oneself" of future social workers is available to a small number of first-year students with high levels of expression of this quality. It is rising to fourth year with decreasing the low level, which is indicating the intensive development during professional education, personal responsibility and aspirations of the future to self-improvement and self-realization. «The responsibility for others» of future social workers represents less students with low level thoughout all stages of their professional education, which is indicating that future social workers before admission to the university had certain personal characteristics that are the basis of this kind of responsibility, and professional training contributed it`s formation. This analysis of the formation of responsibility in the professional educational process leads to finding ways and means of purposeful development of this phenomenon as professionally significant quality of specialist in the social sphere.
