HISTORICAL CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE

The study of social, psychological and educational characteristics describe the behavior and identity of the young man in interpersonal relations through the prism of historical conditions that take into account gender and sex factor of society and in all its areas. Those wording problems in interpersonal relationships of young people that have applied situational specificity that are considering the presence or absence of certain factors in influence, their power and pressure. This requires the analyzing of modern scientific, statistical, Applied Information Data of youth sphere of interpersonal relationships. At the national level, it is examinds the nature of existing, often chronic problems with which youth, young couples or families are facing. This approach provides insight into general social perspectives. Social scientists, educators, philosophers try to explain the processes that serve among young people and in making interpersonal relations in Ukraine for a transitional period of development. Individual scientists desoribe the problems of this period, especially the formation of youth policy consequences destabilizing the processes that accompany the building of new social order.Social policy in relation to the scope of the family, interpersonal relationships, social and psychological status and well-being of young couples is the direct sphere of interest of such national institutions as family policy in the areas of family, youth, sports and culture. Thus, the idea of the general socio-psychological, socio-cultural, socio-economic portrait of young people, their interpersonal relationships is reflected by the scale of manifestation of social problems. The level of development of a particular society pre-Soviet, Soviet, transitional periods in the development of Ukraine is analysed in studies of theorists and practitioners. The study does not cover all possible problems in socialization between young people and their sexual relations, the formation of the modern portrait. In particular, it is required to do the deeper analysis of gender and gender features of formation of youth demographic socio-cultural features in the development and life of boys and girls in different historical periods. On the basis of analysis of the legal, theoretical, and practical approaches to the domestic violence, the main issues concerning its prevention among young couples are defined. It is found out, that this problem is actualized as evidenced by the development and implementation of prevention programs. However, the actual mechanisms of such preventive work are not developed and therefore aren't widely implemented. Further studies considering the dynamics and trends of the domestic violence, and development on this basis of new preventive programs are necessary.
