Abstract

The methods of forming future masters' of pedagogy legal knowledge, high school teachers, while teaching in high school are investigated in the article; as well as the concepts of legal education, legal knowledge, teaching methods, learning activities, extracurricular work, students' practice and so on are analyzed; the method of future masters' of pedagogy legal knowledge formation, high school teachers while teaching in high school are proposed and considered; the content and objectives of the course "Intellectual Property Rights in Education" is analyzed. In modern society conditions educational activities require serious social and psychological legal support, because the social development requires changes in the professional outlook of Masters of pedagogy, high school teachers, which must combine the world of personality and professionalism. The issue of masters' of pedagogy legal education, high school teachers is especially important because the necessity to provide information on current legislation and its application to competent solution of their private and public issues; the effective offenses prevention committed on the grounds of legal nihilism, cynicism and immorality; forming their legal culture of European type which allows them (and with them the state) to integrate into the European and world legal space. Legal knowledge formation the future masters of pedagogy, high school teachers while studying in high school can be resolved effectively by integrating academic and extracurricular activities. The extracurricular activities rightly regarded as a kind of alternative to the traditional practice. Gradually modifying in the future professional interaction with specific professional, personal and social problems, extracurricular activities can take a strong specific focus. So each student develop a separate set of professional orientation tasks based on diagnosis, prognosis possible difficulties mastering the structural extracurricular activities - from forming the obtain objective to receipt and evaluation the results. The integration of academic and extracurricular activities gives a professional information through the unconventional forms and methods inclusion the students in professionally oriented activity that involves designing, modeling, researching different aspects of their future profession. Because the practice should be considered not only as a professional-oriented component of the educational process, but also as a extracurricular form of training, so during undergraduate teaching and practices we propose to introduce the idea of integration in academic and extracurricular activities.
